Went in for a normal oil change/tire rotation. Visit was uneventful no unexpected problems showed me the inspection and advised me of an impending problem for the future.

Everyone is courteous, helpful. Service techs let me know which services I need to schedule and when. The sales staff always asks if I need anything when I'm waiting for my car to be serviced.

I came in for my first VIP Advantage free oil change and tire rotation since purchasing my car. The service associate, Chris, was very friendly and accommodating. The waiting room was well equipped with a TV, magazines, coffee and water to help the time pass. All other associates were equally friendly.

I always feel comfortable bringing my Kia Sorento in for regular maintenance service appointments. I know that the service team is knowledgeable and if there are concerns or recommendations, they do not hesitate to let me know. I appreciate the friendly and respectful way I am always treated. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. Thanks!

I can only give a review for Chis as I never saw or spoke with Cameron. Both times I was there Chris was very polite, friendly and helpful. He even remembered my name from the first visit. The only negative comment I have is that the positions of the drivers seat and steering wheel were changed and 4 days later, I still have not found my comfortable position

Every time I call the staff make it easy to get my car in and I never have to worry about anything, if I need anything they call and talk to me about it. I drive over 200 miles just to use this service center.
