I visited the dealership on Saturday as scheduled. (09/26/2025) Elizabeth told me that inspections can only be done on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and that she would check rental availability and contact me. However, on Sunday I received a message saying that I missed my appointment, which is completely wrong. I did not miss my appointment — I came in person as instructed. Parts employees should be available until the posted time of 6pm. No one was available 15-20 minutes prior to closing
I had an amazing experience at Kia Downtown! First of all, what a change - the new building and interior design are stunning. I had great time sitting there and waiting for my car to be repaired. Secondly, I was helped by advisor Luis Z., and he’s truly the best! My screen had started peeling, and since I purchased an Extended Warranty when I got my car, Luis spent hours on the phone with Warranty people and made sure my screen was replaced quickly and at no cost to me.
