Out of 10 Kia’s I’ve been to across the country never have I been to one that doesn’t accept walk ins. Oh sorry they do only on Saturday 7-11… Terrible people running this building. Undeserving.
This is my 3rd time calling about service she keep me on hold for 10 minutes and drop call back she said no one is available we call you and nothing KIA of Des Moines must bring some good worker to this station I’m trying to get transmission fluid service nothing finally telling me schedule your own appointment online
Stopped by to look at the Carnival. No pressure sales person. Very polite and answered my questions. No service done.
Overall terrible service, and lackluster communication between service advisors and services staff
