Overall terrible service, and lackluster communication between service advisors and services staff
Take your car somewhere else if you can help it. Bad communication with customers, impossible to book a timely appointment, and you will get over charged. You know it's bad and that they're aware of their bad service when they don't ask for any feedback afterwards lol
