This company put me in a spot delivery scam and ended up taking my 2500$ deposit. I just had a new born baby and I am mentally and emotionally struck right now. I've emailed every manager and none of them have responded! The finance guy said I will not be recieving my down payment back! I'm really broke and hurt over this whole situation! Now my little baby boy won't have transportation and I can't go somewhere else because they took all of the money I saved up to get a vehicle!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT! I took my 2017 Kia Sorento in (under warranty) because when I'm driving at night my headlights randomly shut off. The only thing they cared about was seeing it for themselves. They wouldn't search a little for the issue, or troubleshoot anything. They ran a diagnostic test, which came back fine and tried to recreate the problem. Then told me, they couldn't do anything. The tech, Chris's suggestion was to take a video of it happening! Kia of Dayton performed a regular oil change for us in November of 2019 before we went on a trip. While on the trip, a fiber board under the vehicle was damaged. We took the vehicle to Kia of Homassassa Florida; while there, they asserted that the board was not put back on properly after the oil change. They fit us in for a quick repair, free of charge, and advised us to have Kia of Dayton replace it when we returned home. I took my Kia Sorento into the dealership for a scheduled change. My appointment was for 10:45 and I checked in at 10:25. I was told that my car would be ready by 11:30. Shortly after I was told that there were two recalls under warranty that needed to be done and an ECU update so that my time would change from 11:30 to 1:30 pm. An employee came and got me around 1:40 and started going through the details of the work that was done on my car. I asked if he was the person that did the work on my car and he said no. Business response:

The vehicle came in on 5/9/19 to have oil change and recalls taken care of. My tech found when the vehicle was on the lift that the belly cover only had 5 10mm bolts holding it on. This model Sorento calls for 14 10mm bolts. After servicing the vehicle my tech replaced the 5 existing 10mm bolts along with installing 3 other bolts that he was able to find. Outstanding experience. Driving today, Saturday December 30th on I-75 from Toronto Canada to Florida. My 2013 Forte starts running like crap and I notice engine light on. Pull over and phone closes dealership, Kia of Dayton. They said they were booked for the day but when they found out we were from out of town they were very accommodating. Wonderful experience. Bought a car in 2015 and was in an accident a few days before the new year. They were a huge help getting me back on the road in a new Kia Soul, very friendly staff, they don’t pressure you into anything and are informative. Huge shoutout to Kelly Burns and Gabe in Finance. I went to help me with a problem with my 2015 Buick Verano and I got taken extremely bad. I was told that they would try to help me. They showed me a Kia Forte and I test drove the car, they told me that they will lose money with me taking the Forte. I was told that *** **** ***** ****** is buying the Buick from them.
