Outstanding experience. Driving today, Saturday December 30th on I-75 from Toronto Canada to Florida. My 2013 Forte starts running like crap and I notice engine light on. Pull over and phone closes dealership, Kia of Dayton. They said they were booked for the day but when they found out we were from out of town they were very accommodating. Wonderful experience. Bought a car in 2015 and was in an accident a few days before the new year. They were a huge help getting me back on the road in a new Kia Soul, very friendly staff, they don’t pressure you into anything and are informative. Huge shoutout to Kelly Burns and Gabe in Finance. My friend bout his car at Kia of Dayton not even 3 weeks ago, and has had nothing but problems with it! Now, they won't stand by their name and fix the problem. A bad sensor is NOT something he could have done to it. You may have really nice Salesmen, but your Quality Assurance is terrible, and I will be blasting you on every social media outlet, including the news, for selling people "lemon" cars. Be careful of this place. They prey on women and the elderly making up non existent problems with their autos. Happened first to my mother on Nov 16, 2012 when she was told her year old tires had dry rot and just recently to my neighbor. I was told of several things wrong with my car so I took it to Midas and they found nothing wrong. Two years later my car is fine.
