I have never thought removing my gallbladder is going to be that easy One tiny incision inside my belly button with no scars or any post operative pain. Started the preoperative preparations around 9am by 12 noon I was on my way home Can’t thank him enough and I really appreciate what he did
Doctor Kia is a great doctor, if he tells you something it will be done, and the office staff are better than any doctors office I’ve been to.
I seen doctor kia for about six months before I had a stomach sleeve. I told him and the consoler about having a mesh removed at Cleveland clinic. He told me he was going to use a biological mesh so I wouldn't have anymore problems. I found out he actually put the same mesh that was removed back in me. Started feeling sick again a wound opened up in the mesh area. Wound care treatment but still having problems. Doctor's want me to return to Cleveland clinic and see about another surgery. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Kia and his staff. Stacey, the office manager, was very sympathetic to my unfortunate experience at a local hospital ER. She got me in to see the doctor right away. Dr. Kia has an excellent bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and a kind demeanor. He lays out the procedure, what it will resolve, the after effects and what the patient can do for a positive recovery. My gallbladder surgery was a success and the mild pain after was far less than the pain prior to the procedure.
If I could give a lower review I would. I waited over an hour to be called back to the exam room. Dr kia Walked in and asked what kind of surgery I had and proceeded to say I would need to be referred to wound care instead of following up with his office. The two questions I asked he ignored and walked out of the room. All in all Dr kia and my interaction lasted less than two minutes. No exam was done. Never even looked at my surgical site.
