Dr. Kia identified my issue quickly and seemed to be very knowledgable and caring.
This doctor is the first one in almost 20 years who has figured out why I've had a rash and has made it much better. However, his staff will only communicate live on the telephone and I'm often not able to get to my phone. When I call back it's at least a 10 to 15 minute wait and I don't always have that kind of time. I hate that I have to leave over there, but it's just been too stressful. At 72, It was time to start caring for my many spots- Dr Kia is that special bred ofDoctors that cares (genuinely) for you as a person. A caring spirit and thorough inhis assessment of my skin condition. Highly recommend him and the Clinic- allstaff were friendly and caring!
I had to have some skin cancers removed. He was very easy going, informative and genuinely caring. Personally called after my first procedure to see if everything was ok. I HIGHLY reccomend him to anyone who needs a Dermatologist
Doctor Kia was recommended to me by a coworker 6 years ago. He helped me to control eczema on my right leg, also controlled the acne and this month 12-11-23 He preformed a Lump removal back of my neck, after Plano E.R won’t even want to touched, Dr. Kia didn’t hesitate a second to tell me what treatment he had to do to get me to rid of the lump. Thank you Dr Kia.
DON’T GO HERE! March 2022 Dr. Kia prescribed Dupixent for my eczema on the bottom of my foot, making every step very painful. He explained the process would take forever. It did. Received first shot in August. Then, shots stopped coming in October. Started calling the specialty pharmacy, Dupixent nurse line, my insurance company, Howsden. The lady at Howsden yelled at me (learned she is gone now.) No one could tell me why it stopped or what I needed to do. You know what? Eczema was gone, so I put it on back burner. Good Doctor but they keep you waiting for way to long.
I have been seeing Dr Kia for 3 years he is the best. Not only is he a great dr but he is a great man he cares about his patients in side his office and out side his office he has a big heart I’m a old school guy and he checks all the boxes
