After years of getting my car serviced at Delray Kia, I am ceasing my relationship with that specific dealership. The sales side has “ghost cars” that is, they have mysteriously JUST BEEN SOLD, after the dealership contacts you (via phone call, email, & text) to tell you the car is available … this was there only minutes before I arrived… I even happen to SEE the car… and was told it had been sold. Brought the car in for a recall on the AC. Waited all day for them to tell Me they didn’t have the part. Bring the car back a month later when it’s finally here. They install the part, I pay and leave. Guess what, the level 3 on the AC doesn’t work. So, I’m confused as to if someone didn’t test the thing they were fixing out of laziness or incompetence. Either way I have to bring the car back now. Everyone’s nice there, but legit Hyundai / Kia service is awful in Delray
This dealership sold me a car that hasn’t had oil change in years the back window doesn’t roll up, the fender is falling off it looks like they tried putting glue on it, needs new battery and alternator… I had this car shipped to GA so never laid eyes on it in person… they didn’t mention ANY of these issues on purpose… This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever done business with!! DO NOT BUY FORM THEM….. this is a scam dealership!!!
