Came in for service on my 2023 Rio and ended up leaving with a 2026 Carnival! Alex was an amazing salesperson and Dogan in financing went above and beyond. We can't thank them enough for the efforts they made to make our experience phenomenal! If you need a new car or trade in your existing car, you must see them!
Met with Logan and Dogan to purchase a new Telluride. Unfortunately they did not have the car that I wanted in stock so I went to the internet. I found the car that I wanted, went and test drove it on site and went back to Rosen to purchase the car. Actually went home and told my wife I had a nice experience at the dealership. Rosen actually obtained the car, brought it on site and gave me a better price than the other dealer did.
