When shopping at Rosen Kia Milwaukee, Gary made me feel very welcome and answered most of my questions without an issue. After looking at a few cars we settled on a Kia K4. Very happy with the car, Hwy miles are phenomenal 48 miles to the gallon at one point, 32 - 36 city. Only one issue for me personally NO SPARE TIRE, I am not the person that is willing wait for a tow truck to do a minimal job of changing a tire out. Other than than everything was fine.
Beautiful showroom for Rosen KIA. Professional Salesman Antonio was incredible...so friendly and efficient ! Ruben in Finance was great. I truly appreciated all the wonderful assist in getting me into my new KIA !!
I worked with Ben Blohm to resolve an issue with my AC and he was excellent. 5 star for customer service, follow up, and an overall helpful experience. I would highly recommend connecting with him in the service department, if you ever need assistance!
