This dealership is not honest. Becareful. The manager refused to give me a breakdown of costs for the car we wanted. This is an immediate red flag. We walked away from the manager and this dealership. Transparency is crucial and they were not being honest. Will be going else where.
Let me preface this review by stating that it is ONLY regarding the service department. My wife's optima needs service so since we live in Simi Valley, on Saturday, 8/15/25, she tried making an appointment online. When there wasn't any time slot available for the following Saturday (she works during the week and can't get the time off to take care of this and I need my car) she decided to call and see if maybe it would be possible by calling. Higher prices for similar CPO used KIA cars that are available at LA and Valencia Kia. They seem to be higher priced across the board. Can't recommend looking here, but from my market research a short drive to LA or Valencia can save you thousands of hard earned $$$ on the same type of certified pre owned vehicle. I suggest you shop around.
