Higher prices for similar CPO used KIA cars that are available at LA and Valencia Kia. They seem to be higher priced across the board. Can't recommend looking here, but from my market research a short drive to LA or Valencia can save you thousands of hard earned $$$ on the same type of certified pre owned vehicle. I suggest you shop around.
I have had my Soul in for service a couple of times. Every time I have dealt with Brian. He is always is professional, courteous, a little funny, just a pleasure to work with. Never any bullshit - just the honest truth from him. He's one of the reasons I look forward to buying my next car from you guys.
Most incompetent, unprofessional, and uncaring service (or lack of service). They said they could have my parts ready with two days notice no problem. I gave them a weeks notice and when I arrived at my appointment they said they didn’t have the parts with a “whatever” attitude like they couldn’t care less. No notice so I didn’t waste my time going there, no offer to make it up to me, no attempt at a solution or to work with me. While I ended up not getting a Kia, I wanted to give a shoutout to Noah K. at this dealership. He couldn't have been more patient, friendly, and helpful as I test drove the Soul and Seltos. He knows the cars well, showing me the features and taking the time to answer my questions. He was also very honest about what and wasn't available on these models. He's truly a thoughtful salesperson, and had I decided on a Kia, I'd have been sure to buy it with him. Thanks, Noah!
A couple of weeks ago, we were reunited with our dear little KIA Forte. She had been in for service for a warranty repair. We are so grateful to the staff at First KIA. We purchased this little doll at this dealership nearly ten years ago. She is running like a charm again.
