Can't get anyone to answer the phone. So much for customer service. I'll just go back to my old mechanic. He answers the phone and is half the price. I have $140,000 dollars of new KIA's in my driveway. They won't be going to Simi Valley KIA

We just leased a new Kia Sportage and were given the royal treatment by Joe Tarani ( and the Finance Manager, Henry Sanchez) and can’t think of it going any smoother very grateful for the two of them for making it a pleasant experience and we’re loving the new car. B

I visited your Kia dealership today with the intention of purchasing a car. I was accompanied by my sister, who is in a wheelchair, and my mother, who does not speak English well.
