TL;DR If you're a woman don't go alone. If you are smart, don't go at all. Went there twice this week. The first guy we talked to asked us the same question 3-4 times he stood uncomfortably close and had an offensive odor. The second guy just 2 days later acted confused when I asked to see a Kia GT K5, he said "you mean a K4, we don't make a K5". I said you don't? I can pull it up on the Kia website for you. They never want to answer the phone and put you on hold and don't pick up
Brian and kia first service have provided great customer service! I was able to easily to make an appointment same week. Brian communicated with me throughout the entire appointment. Appreciate the prompt response and great customer service
