the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. the salesman said they didn't have the car I wanted, complaimed that they only made $800 a car so the manager made them add roof racks and tire locks. said he didn't want me to waste his time. i couldn't believe what I was hearing. i apologized to him for wasting his time, and wished him good luck on my way out. Joeseph Quintana was his name. stay away. read the other reviews. I'm glad that i will never become a customer of this place.
I wasn't even planning on purchasing a car when I stopped in, but they were so nice and low pressure that I didn't feel like I needed to look any further. Eric Menses was a fantastic salesman and took his time with zero pressure. I recommend this dealership for sure.
Terrible service and disgraceful management On 2/19 I took my K5 in for 2 recall services to be completed. After getting into my car, I look up to drive off and I immediately notice a 5” long crack in the middle of the windshield. I get out showed the service advisor. He says it was there when I dropped the car off and that he penciled in a x mark on his paper notating the crack in that area. Гарантийное обслуживание 12 вольтовой батареи! Не глушился и не заводился автомобиль с кнопки. Через ААА сделал запрос на помощь, приехал специалист с внешней батареей, но запуск двигателя не удалось произвести, вызвал эвакуатор, привезли в first Kia, там провели диагностику и зарядку батареи 12 вольтовой! В пятницу отдал авто во вторник забрал. На время устранения причин неисправности дали подменный автомобиль. Потрачено с моей стороны 0$, спасибо сервисменам - профессиональные и вежливые ребята!
