Pure incompetence. Aggressive and dishonest. Ignoring federal recall instructions as "not their problem". Refuses to acknowledge warranty-covered defects, and them lies about the work completed. Show up without an appointment and the service director will get in your face and threaten to call the cops. You cannot make this stuff up.........Based on the experience I had with the safety issue on my wife's car, and 1st Kia's lack of work or ownership of seeking resolution, I initiated a formal complaint with the State Bureau of Automotive Repair. The state representative informed me that due to my original review on another site, I was, "no longer welcome to come to the dealership unless I removed my review." I wanted to complete a deal online and then come to the dealer only to finalize. I told them I didn't want to wait around in the showroom for a long time. They promised 2 hours max. They overdelivered. I got to meet the service manager and I was treated very well by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
