Nolan did an excellent job with my oil change. He went above and beyond by checking all my fluids, noticing my windshield washer fluid was almost empty, and filling it for me. He also pointed out that my tire pressure was off and even showed me a tool I can use to check it myself. He’s a thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind young man. I also appreciated that he explained when future services would be needed without ever making me feel pressured. Highly recommend!
The store itself is beautiful. The new cars have plenty to choose from. The used cars are far less abundant, which I can understand. However, none of the used selection had prices at all. They have qr codes that tell you to scan for information. While it does give you details about the car, NO PRICE INFORMATION. I went here, just to see what might be affordable, but because no information outside of either a sales person or trying to navigate their website (which for used cars is poorly laid out). The sales staff always are willing to answer questions even after you purchase a car from them! Always professional and friendly staff! Steve answered my question politely and efficiently today! I'm proud that my car has Lou Fuse's name on it! It was worth coming up to Moline from Peoria for our purchase! I love my Kia!
