Love my car but service department is the worst. everytime I schedule an appointment something goes wrong. They forget to schedule part of my service or take walk-ins in front of me leaving me to wait. This time they are running behind so it will take at least an hour to an hour and a half to do a oil change and tire rotation. Probably will be the last time
