One Star - Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful I came to Lou Fusz Kia Moline I had a scheduled 11:00 AM appointment with Marty, but the level of customer service I experienced was completely unacceptable. Upon walking in, I discovered Marty had double-booked my time slot.
