best salon in newport – As an individual with a disability i generally shy away from salons, mostly because my time in the chairs makes me miserable, however at KIRA they go above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. when the rare moment arises when my neck gets angry i am allowed with ease and without explnation to take a break and coe back when i am ready. Awful Customer Service – Shockingly poor customer service. I am new to the area and had received a handful of recommendations for this salon. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment, no problem b/c it was rumored to be one of the better salons in the area, and ended up having my appointment cancelled two times in two days! Each cancellation came on the day of the appointment, with the second cancellation coming a mere 15 minutes prior to my appointment (after I'd left my house for it and as I was pulling into their parking lot).... read more
