I really like Dr. Khuu, she's very thorough and knowledgeable. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience with getting glasses made from her office. I ordered two pairs of glasses in March with the help of one of the ladies at the front desk and I've had to go back 4-5 times because the frames of both glasses were completely ruined. Had good experience first time in. Made appointment, had exam, purchased glasses. Doctor was very nice. And had a second pair i wanted just wanted to wait for fsa money. They wrote down frame number. Now the bad: Go in to get a second pair of glasses and use end of year fsa money. Went in two times and no one wanted to help me. Just stood they trying to make eye contact.
