UPDATE: I still feel that Dr. Pervais is awesome. I only wish I had seen him for my second appointment. I was under the impression I would be meeting with him. It would be helpful to know that when booking an appt. My second appointment was with a PA that I wasn’t particularly pleased with. I am not sure why I didn’t see the Doctor, but I didn’t. Office staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Was wonderful. He answered all of my questions. He explained the procedure so that I could understand it. Great office. I would recommend this office to everyone
Made appointment with Dr. Pervaiz, was not seen by this doctor. Person who saw my son never introduced himself so I do not even know who we saw. Encounter notes do not match what happened at appointment. Stated blatant inaccuracies in notes. Called office and received no response. Still received request the following day to leave review for doctor we never saw. Could have a different review if we actually saw the doctor.
