He is genuinely concerned about his patients and takes the time to resolve every concern and never rushes an appointment. Rodger, the man at the front desk of Dr. Giridhar Mundluru’s office is extremely unprofessional and disturbingly lacks a level of care and empathy you’d expect from someone working in a medical professional’s office. A family member of mine had a distressing experience with him being rude and callous to her. Dr Parikh was on call the weekend I was discharged from hospital after being cardioverted for AFIB. My B/P got very high but not enough to warrant a return to the ER. I called after hours service who sent page to Dr Parikh around 9:15 pm. He never returned my requested call. Rest of the practice is outstanding but don’t count on getting a response outside of clinic hours, especially if Parikh is on call.
Doctor Johnson, is friendly and very concerned about your over all being. When I first met her I was afraid of the unknown. She counseled with me and my son to let us know everything we were facing. Now I have complete confidence in Doctor Johnson. She will listen to your concerns and work with your other doctors about your wellness. I feel so blessed to have her as my oncologist.
Dr. Hadden has a great bed side manner. He listened as well as conversated. Very thorough. A pleasure to make his acquaintance! Wonderful sense of humor. He immediately put me at ease.
He spends time with me. He calms my concerns. He knows his medicine.
Top Doc, top staff, top office. I believe in a higher power and I thank God for bringing Dr Firstenberg and his entire staff into my life. The moment I sign in it's as if everyone was waiting for me. Answers questions even when I have a lot. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for over a year now. Every visit has been wonderful. The communication is clear and easy to understand. Wait times for labs and seeing her are not long at all and the office staff is always very accommodating.
