First, the RN who initially saw me & did the history & EKG was wonderful! BUT this man was arrogant and condescending. Doctors absolutely fabulous in every way stated in the favorable reviews but my three star rating is based on a critical staff slip up I experiencedSome staff member apparently marked my critical blood pressure medication (:which also was helping me get over edema induced by another doctor's medication) as zero refills and also apparently turned down my pharmacies request to approve refills until my next follow-up visit ... so I am about a week short of critical medication at a critical time ... i had a very disappointing experience at this office. Scheduling is a nightmare—patient calls go unanswered, voicemails are often full, and even when messages are left, no one calls back. During my visit for an EMG, the nurse performed the test, and the doctor, Dr. Husam Alkhersam, spent barely any time with me.
