Okay so I got tuned by them about 2 years ago now, nothings blown up nor is the truck running funky so that's good. My transmission since the tune has been making hard shifts at low RPMs (85% of my driving is shifting around 2.5k-3k RPMs) I've tried contacting them (well I say tried but I gave up 2 years ago after I would message them and no reply, then message them again a month or 2 later with no reply) for a retune but no answer. Very unprofessional, they kept/stole my harness I ordered for my Spal electrical fans. I had bought and sent an aluminum radiator, along with fans AND my harness which was $189, BECAUSE they couldn’t find what was causing my TBSS to overheat. My truck stood there at his shop for the same issue for 3 months in 2018 and returned it even worse. Got it back and truck was still overheating badly, they also used my old LS1 fan harness for my new fans. They’re all burnt up and owner blocked me because I confronted him thru message ... read more
