Kevin has never disappointed. He comes when he says he will be there. His workers are professional and careful. Kevin is also responsive to questions or concerns. I recently noticed one roof tile had become dislodged at the edge of my roof. I told Kevin I was worried. He called and spoke to me for nearly 15 minutes, explaining what likely had happened, when his men would be here and how it would all be managed. The relief from the worry was priceless. Customer service like this is almost unheard of these days.
