Currently in the process of having a home built. Couldn’t be a worse experience. This builder will go out of their way to make you responsible for any and everything possible. The contract you sign is completely one sided and they will threatened to take you to court if you don’t comply with their every command. They try to sell you on quality at a lower price but I’d rather pay significantly more than to deal with the headaches and aggravation. I have to watch everyday to see if one of their subcontractors actually show up.... read more
*Terrible place * Had a consult and was unimpressed with the old man’s demeanor he refused to shake our hands as we walked in , took us into his glass office, gave his pitch , took us on a grand tour as he followed us everywhere breathing down our necks throughout the whole house couldn’t help the feeling of being profiled.*K Hovnanian homes is too Dismissive to consider as a builder.*
