Every damn time. Sitting here for hours. Why make appointments if you never honor them? Do you think people don’t have jobs or obligations or do you just not care? You treat your patients like an ATM. Be more professional this is unacceptable.
Place is a dump. Charged me $90 just to fax my kids medical records over to an insurance agency no paper copies. Also took them 5 days to do it. Doctor is probably a good guy but the staff is garbage . DO NOT take your kid here go somewhere else . Any place is better than this place.
This just plain disrespectful on how much time in the waiting room it takes. No other business could you treat your clients like this! Completely unprofessional. 2 hours plus so far. From reading the reviews, this isn’t a new issue at this office at all been happening for years.
Rude receptionist that needs customer service training.
