This is an extremely untrustworthy organization. I specifically took time off work to book an appointment for 9 a.m. on Wednesday. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes early, rang the doorbell, and stood outside for 10 minutes. At 9 a.m. sharp, a young woman who seemed to have just woken up and wasn't ready to greet us told us that the doctor couldn't come today due to personal reasons. This was terrible.
