Dr. Khim’s was persistent in finding my hidden, elusive prostate cancer. Found it; treated it. Been fixed 14 years. Always takes time to listen and exchange personal details like a good friend.
No results after 4 visits.
Initial visit did not even take a urine sample. He met with me about 10 minutes, handed me a catch tray to measure urine output, and a log for time and amount. I was HURTING from IC; but he did nothing.
Can't say enough of how good I've been treated by Dr Khim and staff... every visit has been easy and very little waiting.. Thank you!
Rushed through initial appointment. Didn't attend to my questions and concerns. While I was in pain that day, he offered no treatment options, only gave me a log to keep record of amount and how often I went to the bathroom and told me to come back in a month.
The wait is usually longer than my PC Physician's visit, but Dr. Khim does a thorough questioning and then a hands on exam when necessary. When he's through he goes over what he found and what the next steps are. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I have called for prescription refills and had responses back within a couple of hours.
He spent less than ten minutes with me; no exam; little history; just said to come back in a month. The scheduling staff is less than cordial. There was taken only a urine specimen which showed infection. Those results were received four days later. A patient could have gone septic during that time.
Don’t call the receptionist won’t even make an appointment for you Who wants to use a doctor that the receptionist controls who gets to see him or not
He and staff are always responsive and never have turned down an emergent appointment. Wait time can be long, but worth it.
