Just waited an hour for my appointment and there were still two people ahead of me. I just wasted my whole morning. Unacceptable. I will be finding a new ENT.
What a poor doctor.. Yevgeniy Khavkin shouldn’t be a Doctor. He doesn’t care about his patients. He spends very little time in the room and makes you wait a long time.. like he’s busy I highly doubt it.. I unfortunately had surgery by this guy last year and he did a poor job. Dr. Khavkin and his team goes the extra mile to provide the utmost care for his patients. They are compassionate and dedicated keeping the patient's needs a priority. I went here because I was having ear issues and I was given an ear drop prescription that I dropped off at my pharmacy at 10am. The pharmacy couldn’t fill it because they didn’t write the strength on it. They reached out to the office and I have called four times to the office myself. It is over 30 hours since I dropped that prescription off and the doctor or his office have yet to fix my prescription. What a waste of my time and money.
