Booked an appointment by phone and showed up for a 4h appointment and then they told me there is a mistake in her booking system. I booked and organized family schedule und job around to get just a sorry. Thanks for nothing
They are honestly the best. Becca has been helping me on my journey to lighten my black permanent dyed hair! After two appointments, I couldn't be happier with the results and how she's maintained the integrity of my hair even with bleaching. Cannot recommend this salon enough, best in Langford for sure!
