I got my hair done by Alandra and it was amazing. She was super nice and friendly, and got my hair cut exactly how I wanted it! She’s very good at shaggy short cuts and styled my curly hair really well. I left feeling so confident and happy, definitely recommend!
I’ve known Tressa for years and she has always been professional and goes above and beyond to help me decide what’s best for my hair not just on day of but long-term. Super approachable, staff and positive environment. Highly recommend.
Had a very bad experience here at Kharma salon Saanich especially with Tristan. Long story short They don’t own up to their own mistakes.Not worth the stress so i just paid & would never come back. Totally not recommend coming here for a salon experience.

One star is too good. I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter to get a beautiful haircut by one of your elite stylists. Needless to say and to my daughter's horror she received the WORST haircut that I and many friends and colleagues have ever saw. The bangs were so short, maybe 2 inches long and the rest was worse. A way too short to even think about extentions. We are now in June she had her haircut in January and she still cries. The owners did call her and offered her a brush that woukd help her style it???
