I’ve been seeing Kyla for years for glosses/cuts and she always does a fabulous job! I do not live in Victoria so I have to travel to see her - which is a testament to how much I love her work! I also saw Becca at the Westshore location for my wedding hair (messy up do) and I loved it. Highly recommend both Kyla & Becca!

I recently paid $650 for a balayage, clearly asking for a cool, ash blonde tone, but I ended up with a warm, gold result instead. I think this came down to a communication error during the consultation. If I had known that not lifting the brown areas would lead to a warmer overall color I would have made a different choice. The stylist told me that the toner she would use on my blonde would also tone the red out of the brown so I figured there was no need to lift the brown area. I was so nervous to get a trim after having an over cut experience about a year ago. Kirstin reached out to me on fb when I asked for advice. She offered to do my hair and today I went in. She is wonderful! She trimmed my hair to the length I requested and even did a little extra layering because I trusted her judgment. She is professional, kind and understanding.
