When my car broke down I called my dealership to tell them I was having it towed to them. The dealership said it would be 3-4 days to a week before they could get to it. Huge shout out to Khaotic automotive! My car overheated by their shop and they went above and beyond to help me. My husband is on nights and my dad was at work so I had no one. They figured out what was wrong, his son gave me a ride home, and they waited for the tow truck for me. I can not thank you guys enough ❤️
I have my brought my car there twice and have had nothing but good things to say. Once to get harmonic balancer installed and other to help me track down oil leak.
Had a horrible experience. I'm a better than average backyard mechanic, I've restored muscle cars and such. I had my Toyota Sequoia towed 1.5 miles using their towing service, over $200 with AAA, some business about after hours and a gate fee. I Sent the key with the tow truck driver and they lost the key, said they never got it from the towing company, towing company said they gave it to them. $145 electronic key from Toyota.
