Did not understand the root cause of issues which were my concern. I called to discuss careless service at the hospital by a particular nurse moments before my loved one passed away, which I observed to be discriminatory behaviour. When I called to discuss, this was all minimized and I was advised to advocate for equal service for minorities at the hospital. I was told Indian people are racist as well so it doesn't matter. I would never pay someone for this type of disrespect.
