I know Khanh from the first house I sold. Since then he is my go to guy when it come to real estate. I worked with other agent before, a lot of promise but not all will get the job done. Khanh will help you get the job done, don't matter if it a lot or little, big or small.

When other realtors can't win us an offer because of all the craziness of 2013 real estate and it probably still is if not worst...Khanh can..and we still love our house..so he deserves 5 stars.. ;)

Khanh is a super hard working, knowledgable Broker with years of experience. He sold my house for me before I became a broker myself.
