A good, genuine & patient real estate agent is hard to find, especially when you are as picking as I am ;) One thing I really appreciate about Khanh was his time for us. Khanh sold my listing. He was great to work with. It was a 15+ acre property and other buyers said it was very difficult to get funding for it. Khanh put the together a clean transaction and closed it in a month. He got a great price for his buyers because of the way he wrote the transaction. He was a pleasure to work with.
My wife and I had a great experience working with Khanh. He was very helpful during the whole process, and even after he delivered our keys. It was our first time purchasing a home. Khanh is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of buying a home. He made himself available when needed through phone, email, and showing houses.
