Had an office visit with Dr. Le for a checkup. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our wait time was short and the office was extremely clean. And Of course, Dr. Le is one of the best doctors in our area. Complete confidence in him.
This is a place I never want to go back. All they care about is money. Its so hard to get connected to the office via phone and they will never reply to the messages over the patient portal. Doctor is so rush and jump into the decision for an endoscopy without even listening to your concerns. The appointment rooms also don’t have any facilities. As a retired RN, I have pretty high expectations for healthcare providers. Dr. Le exceeded my expectations. I found him thorough and helpful regarding my concerns. He took time to answer all my questions and to advise me on strategies to improve my health. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a GI doctor.
Staff and nurses are very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr, Le is very professional, easy to understand, explains in detail, answered all my questions, great bedside manner and I highly recommend him. The wait time was very minimal I was there 20 minutes early to fill out new paperwork and then I was back at my appointment time. Dr. Le’s bedside manner is both comforting and professional. His staff is also very helpful and sincere. They treated me with and concern for my ailment. He is a definite keeper in your arsenal of healthcare practitioners!
Written instructions were provided to guide the home preparation. During the procedure, Dr. Le and his staff explained their actions step by step. The day after the procedure, I received a follow-up call inquiring about my condition. Throughout, I never had a doubt that I was in good hands.
I met Dr Le when I finally decided to get my 1st colonoscopy at 62 years old; I know, I’ve been successfully shamed by everyone I know. He and staff were VERY professional, kind and friendly and I feel very comfortable in their care!
