Had an office visit with Dr. Le for a checkup. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our wait time was short and the office was extremely clean. And Of course, Dr. Le is one of the best doctors in our area. Complete confidence in him.
This is a place I never want to go back. All they care about is money. Its so hard to get connected to the office via phone and they will never reply to the messages over the patient portal. Doctor is so rush and jump into the decision for an endoscopy without even listening to your concerns. The appointment rooms also don’t have any facilities. As a retired RN, I have pretty high expectations for healthcare providers. Dr. Le exceeded my expectations. I found him thorough and helpful regarding my concerns. He took time to answer all my questions and to advise me on strategies to improve my health. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a GI doctor.
Staff and nurses are very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr, Le is very professional, easy to understand, explains in detail, answered all my questions, great bedside manner and I highly recommend him. The wait time was very minimal I was there 20 minutes early to fill out new paperwork and then I was back at my appointment time. I saw him 6 years ago for a problem I was having and came back for a routine check up and colonoscopy screening.
