Dr. Seema Khan deserves less than a 1 rating. She minimized her colleague Dr. Hayes admission of my daughter. Dr. Hayes convinced me to take my daughter to Children’s National Hospital to receive a comprehensive work up for her life threatening condition. Dr. khan and her residents all failed to communicate a critical MRE result. They told us that 30% of her outpatients have unknown etiology of abdominal pain and peppermint helps nausea. Guess what! In a rush and didn’t even listen. Waited for over two months to get the appointment then over an hour plus in the waiting room. Said there was no such thing as food allergies and said that she didn’t have enough time to look at my son bc they booked us wrong. My son actually got up from the table and started to walk out because he was so upset that she would not listen to him or me and my husband . she took so long explaining that she had another patient and didn’t have time for us. Awful awful !!
