We have had ongoing issues with a lack of response and professionalism from Dr. Khan’s for years, when it comes to obtaining important forms and documentation. No matter how many times we reach out, there are consistent delays, and communication is often dismissive or rude. It should not be this difficult to access essential medical records or have time-sensitive paperwork completed. This level of service is frustrating and unacceptable, especially when it involves important matters for our children.
I have been a patient of Dr. Khan since birth, and all my experience, even recently while preparing for college, has been horrible. Getting important documents completed has been one of the most worst parts of this process all due to Dr. Khan rude response when it comes to needing these important documents. All 3 of my kids have been patients of Dr. Khan since birth, and it has become incredibly difficult and frustrating dealing with communication and documentation. Dr Bashir Khan is God sent. I choose him as my daughter’s paediatrician after hearing from my fam member. I just pray for his long healthy life. He is the only paediatrician who can do diagnoses in 1 visit and can start medication right away. Also he is very positive as whenever i doubted myself as a mother as my child had trouble eating, he would always encourage and guide me.
