I've love Dr. Khalsa. I've had two separate pinched nerves. The first one wouldn't allow me to lay horizontal so sleeping was very difficult. The second one wouldn't allow to be vertical and I had sharp pains in my left arm with numb fingers. On both instances it took about two weeks of going several days in a row before the sharp pains laying down for the first or standing for the second to subside.
