Dr’ visit was fine. What was not fine was that I had to wait for almost one hour to see Dr past my appointment time. Are you double booking? Due to mobility I have to park in garage…very expensive. You ask patients to come early but you make them wait and wait. Bad service. Only decent employee was African American gentleman at customer service desk who is always efficient, pleasant and very helpful. Level of quality of MFA decreasing. Need new and better management.
It's hard to find a good doctor. I'm so glad I have you Dr. Diab. I would like to thank you for your sympathy and empathy. You take your time to listen and understand what I'm going through. May God continue to bless you and your family. Thank you again
