The experience was wonderful, incredibly prompt with getting the x-rays taken of my hips. The doctor was very clear and concise about the issue with my hips and was very forthcoming on the results and what would be needed to be done to correct the condition. Absolute 10. Thank you. Have a good day.
Reception and medical staff are so welcoming and competent. I dislike the changes to computer check-in instead of checking in with a person. Thats not because I am computer illiterate but I know its aimed at cutting jobs. Its like the robot runaround when calling for an appointment. People are better! Keep hiring staff not replacing them with technology.
Everything was done on time and with no problems or delays. Dr. Azzam is very pleasant to work with and he was very helpful in answering questions. I am very satisfied with the care he provided and would use him in the future .
