As far a him figuring out was wrong polite as can be ,but my issue is after dilation and upper and lower I was supposed to be seen 4 weeks later the office calls and schedules me 4 months later when I notified them that I was having issues of meds and still having issues swallowing, then get a call again after a month and a half and cancels again for my August appointment. Being a good doctor is great and everything, but being HOURS behind doing colonoscopies is unacceptable. Patients’ time matters, too, and we don’t get paid to wait HOURS past our scheduled appointments. If I showed up for my appointment 2 hours late, what would happen? SMH
Dr. Nour is a great kind doctor, who's nice and considerate to his patients. His team was awesome. I highly recommend him and the team who worked with him. Thanks again.
Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for 3 weeks. The evening before, get a phone call from the office saying the dr needs to cancel my appointment for tomorrow because he hadn't reviewed my records. That's his own fault. I had been waiting for this and even took a vacation day at work to be off.
