5 ***** Doctor. Prisma Health Five Forks. As a new patient with Dr. Hayward, I am so impressed with her and the staff. What a good team. Dr. Hayward provided my physical, she was so nice, so easy to talk to and went over my records and explained and answered my concerns. After my blood work results, I was blown away at how fast she got back me with my results and her recommendations going forward.
