Don't put your trust in KGM. Jeff Steiger inspected our fixer-upper back in 2020. He missed a rotted subfloor under a leaky shower. Major, major oversight that cost us thousands to fix. He clearly didn't want to get his pants dirty because the home is on a crawl space that makes it easy to inspect the plumbing. Would never use him again.

Great experience. I reached out via Google about scheduling a home inspection and he responded within minutes. The home inspection was completed within 2 or 3 days. His communication was great throughout and the report that he provided was very detailed, yet I was still able to understand it. Would definitely recommend this company's services and I will definitely use them again in the future.
