I spent thousands of dollars on work this company did for me. Over the last few years KGM installed the glass for four showers and installed two large windows. Now I have three more showers that need glass. This year I had a very difficult time scheduling an appointment for them to come and measure for two of the showers. I waited weeks for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment. I called and gave exact dimensions, I described the plate glass commercial window, I needed replaced. I gave her the address and the name of the store. The woman on the phone could not have been less helpful, extremely sarcastic and rude! I asked if she could send somebody by to give an estimate. She said, sure if you want to wait three weeks.
Great people. Measured for, ordered and replaced a window for me. Responsible, good follow up, excellent work.
