Tiffanie, our agent - our guide - for finding the right apartment in was extraordinary. She was prompt with responses, focused on our needs, and most importantly friendly!! So happy I came across this place! When I first attended my viewing hosted by Tiffanie, I already loved the energy from the moment I stepped in and was greeted by Francine at the concierge. During my viewing, Tiffanie was super welcoming, engaging, and answered the questions I had. Her helpfulness continued on during the actual application process - I’m grateful for the support and patience she provided throughout it to make sure it would be successful. I’m excited to move in! :)
We have a fantastic experience living at Hampton House, managed by KG Group. From the moment we moved in, the staff have been professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to residents' needs. The building is well-maintained, clean, and secure, with excellent amenities that make everyday living more enjoyable. Edit: Still love living here after just over a year. We were also very happy with the rent increase despite what previous reviews have said. We have been here for a little over 4 months and have yet to have a negative experience with the staff or facilities. Everyone is so pleasant to interact with; Francine in particular is extremely kind and helpful. Our neighbors are all nice, quiet, and respectful.
