I've been to the vaccination clinics with a newcomer Afghan family, and more recently to the front desk to ask a question. Each and every interaction I have had with a nurse (at least 5) or a receptionist (at least 3) at Public Health has been friendly, respectful, professional and effective. I'm very impressed with the staff, and their knowledge, skill and customer service. Thank you!
The nurse I spoke with over the phone was so helpful. She explained, every vaccine my son needed at his age, nicely and scheduled an appointment for him to get his vaccines done ASAP so that he could attend the school without a delay. Thanks so much
The nurse who gave multiple vaccines to our twin boys, has done an excellent job. She was quick, caring and possess good knowledge. My wife and I just love the hospitality and care that our boys received here. Recommend 100%
