They took so long for my food that I had delivery drivers drop my order and when someone was finally willing to take my order they shorted me on chicken and a biscuit.
We came in 2 hours before closing, an employee was mopping but mostly just throwing water around on the floor in the dining area. They didn’t come to the register to take our order, instead told us to use the personal kiosk that we weren’t familiar with. We made 3 separate orders, waiting 15 minutes for chicken tenders and basic sides, and they put all of our food in one bag instead of our 3 separate bags for each order. The worst food & service I’ve ever seen. Never again! RIP KFC
Terrible meal for the price! I use to love KFC, but Murray has ALWAYS had a crappy KFC! The chicken tasted old, slaw was warm, & mac & cheese cold. This has happened on our past 2 orders. Will go back to Popeye's for much better chicken, but still over priced!
