Made a mobile order ahead of time but still had to wait 17 minutes for a small order (no pot pies either). Then the food was all burnt- wings and nuggets. The wedges were cold and they forgot the cole slaw. Everytime we have given them a try the food and experience has been worse than the time before so that will be our last attempt.
Mac and cheese was cold. 2 pieces of chicken missing from order . Tea was not with order. Manager telling me how I can talk then after calling me honey tells me she is a southern girl and that’s how she talks… very unprofessional…well I decided to try again as they got their wings back.. again very dissatisfied ordered a 20 piece wing and got home I had 15… I say again is it that hard to count? Just won’t go back….
Very disappointed. Overcooked tiny pieces of chicken with soggy fries. Do better KFC Update to say they did remake the meal. Changed to 3 stars
Freezing cold in this restaurant in the summer . We had to leave and eat in the car. Normally good but last night at 9:00 pm the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours and was completely dried out. Counter service is slow. Their only focus is drive thru and you can wait at the counter a while before someone sees you waiting. This is mostly a drive thru restaurant. The “dining room” is small and sterile. Maybe 10’small tables max.
