Those hot wings are not the regular hot wings. You can tell they're frozen, and is trash! You should make customers aware of the hot wings not being the original hot wings. I get home to some BS that pissed my entire family off. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but this right here was just wrong! They had to get those from Walmart frozen food section. Pissed me off I wasted $40.
I had the worst experience with the staff today. I placed an online order for pick up and when I got to the restaurant, they took an hour to give me my food! The female cashier started arguing with one of the cooks and was being super disrespectful and cussing at him for not wanting to take her cashier spot. I asked her to check for my pick up order since I had a notification that it was ready and she disregarded me and kept cussing loudly and arguing with the one of the cooks. I wanna say Ms. Rena Williams and Mr. Phillip are class act! When you think fast food you think careless employees. But they were nice, funny, hospitable and I will be sure to return. They make a difference in this field of work.Thank you both!
As a door dasher, employees were friendly.
That fast talker yall have on the drive thru. Find him something else to do, please. You feel so rushed and confused that you dont even want the chicken no more.
