The team leader Dolores was extremely rude & so was the other worker name Jacqueline. They are nothing but mean girls, so unprofessional. The food is great but their services is trash.
I stopped by this KFC with my mom today to pick up a takeout order, and we were so impressed! Jocelyn and Julie were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They double-checked our order, made sure everything was packed perfectly, and were so patient and kind the whole time.
