Food is good. They had me use SELF order kiosk even if paying cash. Still had 2 wait to pay cash with employee after using kiosk. A few minutes later she took a customer order using card. Very dumb. I walk out of fast food places if they wont take my order.
This restaurant used to be good. They are still okay. But the last 4 times I went my order was incorrect. So that is the only sad part. Please just slow down and double check the orders. This is a busy restaurant right off of the freeway. Nice employees. The chicken sandwiches are so tasty. Even though they are busy, you do receive fast service. They are located next to Arby's and AmPm. Their new nuggets are better than Chick Fil a. I hope that they keep them around.
KFC Archibald is the freshest location! These girls are top-notch customer service, and thank you, Marcella for always making sure I am satisfied! I do not live nearby but drive all the way from Riverside just bc of their service and quality of food. <3 tee
Service was great and quick. Food was fresh and the staff were very friendly. Marcella helped me out with the specials.
