In my opinion KFC experience changes according to the location, well this location is one of the good ones, restaurant is very clean, the food doesn't taste like old oil and the personal is friendly, the new ordwring screen makes it a little unpersonal but they work, the only thing is that if you have a question you have to make an effort to bring someones attention because everybody is super focussed on the kitchen.
I wanted to shout-out an employee at this location named Betsy. I accidentally headed to this spot instead of Arby's where I had an order pickup. She was extremely helpful in pointing out my mistake and pointing me in the right direction. She gave A+ customer service!
Martha and her team gave superior services for our catering need for 70 people for our company employees. Our pick up time was at 9am and like always on time, hot and delicious!
