Drive through person was very rude and commanded me to go through the first point of contact. Keep in mind, there were ZERO cars in their parking lot yet this woman felt it necessary to correct me. They didnt even give me silverware or napkins. Wth?
Was told my online order was canceled. They said they couldn't do anything unless I ordered again. I showed the order history on my app and the charge on my credit card app. I was not going to get double charged by attempting to order again. I was told there was nothing they could do. I only ordered for the free bucket and it will be easy to continue never coming here. Now I have to run a chargeback on my card and contact their corporate office about the manager on duty. Good food. Drive thru ONLY. Inside seating and ordering has never reopened. I was told it will be drive thru only. Go elsewhere for a sit-down meal. UPDATE: The counter service and inside seating is open once again. Seems to be a change of personnel to. GREAT SERVICE... GREAT FOOD! [update 6-24-2025] Now one of our favorite food services, especially for a quick meal.
