Ordered an 8 piece chicken with sides and a half gallon of tea. The tea was hot and smelled bad when we got it (pretty sure it was spoiled) and the chicken was soggy and old. We took it back inside to see if they could replace at least the chicken for fresh chicken and they refused to fix the order. This is absolutely disgusting behavior to feed paying customers such garbage and refuse to do your job and fix it when the quality is no good!
This store is always slow on mobile orders every time I come in here to pick up a mobile orders, to were I hate accepting orders from here. They need someone specifically on mobile orders only. Plus the front counter is being totally neglected by the employees nobody's taking people's orders and there walking out. They're not hospitable at all. Food was ok but I just think its sad that the people living here wouldnt want to have a clean good place to eat instead everything is “mid” Also why was there eraser or scratch ticket dust in my gravvy?!
