I waited for an hour for an online order. There were 10 cats in line and about 13 people inside. They were all waiting. It was 530 pm. They did not have any chicken made. I left without my order. They said they never received it but I was charged for it.
The customer service is horrible and if your workers are gonna be in the lobby and outside kicking it yall need to be closing at 9 SHARP instead of false advertising and saying your open and taking orders until 12. Yall hire people who don’t even want to work fr. Matter fact close down immediately
Ordered an original breast. They gave me a thigh that looked like it had set under a heat lamp all day!!
Very disappointed tonight. I ordered my food online. When I got there, I was told that they didn't have a cook. So no food. No refund. Turn off your ordering apps and online if you cant cook. If McDonald's can turn it off then so can you.
