The place needs to be shut down their isn't anything good to say about the place they're always out of items wait times are always sky high and most of the employees are rude and have 0 customer service skills
I can’t rate the food because I never received it! I paid over $20 and received nothing. I have been contacting them every other day, the 1-800 #, the store, & the app. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CONCERN WHATSOEVER ABOUT MY ORDER OR $. I don’t care how good you food is or isn’t, with the lack of care you have for your customers and their experience you’ll be closing your doors..
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in with my son to have a meal after he got out of school. Let’s just say none of the things I ordered was fresh. After my son failed to bit into his chicken nugget, I asked if I could get them and my famous bowl remade. Another customer came in and had to wait 20 minutes for 1 chicken breast. Ordered on the app and it gave a 20 minute estimate so my husband when up to ask for our cups while we waited (didn't mind waiting). Rather than just asking for the first name on the order, the lady asked what the order was and then cut him off when she didn't get the answer she needed. She snapped at him that she needed to know who it was for and he gave my first AND last name but she was too busy spouting off random names to hear him, even though I could hear him clearly from the back of the restaurant. Food is always good when they have it ready. Have been there and no dark meat chicken cooked. Was there yesterday, and my order was skipped and waited 10 minutes whilst I was dining in. The manager was apologetic. I hope they get their employees on track rally soon.
