If I could leave ZER(0) stars I would. I'm not one to write reviews of everywhere I go, but I'm so livid that this time I will. I ordered my sandwiches WITHOUT PICKLES and it said so on the receipt too. I was mildly annoyed and went back inside to have it fixed. No big deal. HOWEVER The lady who seemed to be in charge was extremely rude. She mockingly told me to "just take the pickles out" and scoffed. Quality has dropped dramatically. Food was below standard, and customer service was non-existent. I will not return.
I probably wouldn't go to this KFC. They say their open until 9 pm, but you'll sit in the drive thru for 15 mins with no response. I would say try going inside, but unfortunately, they chain their doors too....
