Gross! So gross! There was a hair in the food. I told the store about it. Do not eat from here!!!

Excelente servicio y muy buena comida
We order on the very overpriced KFC in Universal. I ask for gravy on our chicken we need to pay for it. I ask for service water even though I bought a two bottle of water and they said I need to pay for it they don’t give it for free!!! First fast food place I go that never give a service water!!! We pay $61.41. The staff doesn’t smile even. So sad
