The drive-thru person was very direct and non friendly. I even asked her how she was, since she didn't seem to be appreciative that customers were there. My chicken is old, wrong sides with my meal, tea had no ice, and to top it all off they were unable to provide a receipt. Those of us who travel for work need receipts. Maybe just a bad night, but I tried to be nice and it wasn't returned in any way. Very disappointing.
The people that were taking my order and serving the food were very nice.
One star across the board. Got a 16 and 8 piece meal to feed my family. Horribly soggy chicken on the first try. Called and the manager said sorry and would replace the meals. That was a week and a half ago. Decided to try it again with the “replace” meals. I called at 2pm to see if they could have it ready at 7pm to pick up. Went over everything in detail of what was to be replaced. My son showed up at 7 and was finally able to leave with the “order” at 815.
