I'm so shocked, I'm speechless... I ordered an 8-piece meal and couldn't even finish two pieces of chicken before throwing it all away. Mac and cheese Mashed potatoes and gravy This was also old, so it smelled bad and had a bad color... I don't regret giving it even a single star.
My order#72a2d. I paid for my full order and delivery through DoorDash, but some items were missing when it arrived. I called the KFC location, and instead of fixing the issue or offering a refund, they told me to drive there myself and show the receipt to get the missing food. What’s the point of delivery if I have to go pick it up anyway? Totally unacceptable service — I won’t be ordering from this location again
Id rate this place a ZERO if I could I dont think there has ever I mean ever this place has gotten my order right once again tonight a forgotten idea and the thing was no a soul inside or at drive thru so not even busy. Officially done with this kfc better off driving across town for better service
